FTF seeks an ambitious and professional individual to fill an immediate position of Conference Producer. Duties include strategic development of FTF events and training courses including the creation of conference agendas and new topics for our conferences, trainings and webinars. Individual will also be responsible for recruiting senior financial services professionals to speak at events and maintaining relationships throughout the year. Individual will also be requ
ired to support all other events such as roundtables, webinars, breakfast briefings and networking events. Individual will also work closely with marketing and sales team to help promote the event and work on marketing materials.

Responsibilities: (We’ll train you)
- Research, organize and put together conference agendas
- Research and recruit senior operations professionals to speak at events
- Coordinate and lead organization for events in regards to speaker preparation, venue logistics and materials needed
- Work with sales and marketing team to create cohesive, streamlined, well run and well branded conferences
- Collaborate on marketing ideas and strategy for conferences
- Lead the conferences on the day from a speaker and logistical standpoint
