New York City-based Thalēs Trading Solutions, a U.S. CFTC- and National Futures Association-registered introducing broker founded in 2012, reports the formation of an industry experts advisory board.
The board consists of “professionals from various segments of the financial services industry including, institutional investors, fund of funds, family offices, hedge funds, commodity trading advisors, as well as regulatory and technology experts,” according to a company statement.
“We are fortunate to have the benefit of their perspectives to help guide us at this stage in our development,” Stephan Solomon, chairman of Thalēs, says in the statement.
The initial appointments include:
- Gary DeWaal, Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP, special counsel;
- James R. Hodge, Permal Asset Management LLC, president;
- Philippe Khuong-Huu, Alphadyne Asset Management LLC, managing partner and chief investment officer;
- Jayesh A. Punater, Gravitas founder and CEO;
- William C. Reed II, Castleton Commodities International LLC, president and CEO;
- Edward Rzeszowski, BlackRock Inc, managing director;
- Edward J. Stern, Hartz Capital Inc, founder and president;
- And Menachem Sternberg, Eagle Trading Systems Inc, CEO, chairman and president.
