Scivantage, a financial software provider, has released “sqope,” performance measurement and reporting software that aims to provide institutional-grade data analytics to retail investors, according to a company statement.
Company officials say sqope was released to satisfy investors “demanding that financial institutions provide better access to tools and services that allow them to more effectively manage their investments.”
Sqope gives its users access to real-time portfolio performance measurement tools through an on-line platform, such as dynamic portfolio analytics, crowd-sourced social analysis, and customizable dashboards.
“Financial institutions have traditionally reserved performance reporting for institutional and high-net-worth clients due to the high costs and complex data processing requirements associated with satisfying a broader client base,” says Cameron Routh, executive vice president of corporate development at Scivantage. “Sqope removes these barriers, allowing brokerages to scale efficiently, while enabling them to deliver a higher level of client reporting and investment transparency, regardless of a client’s asset level.”
