Omnis Investments Ltd. will work with SS&C to advance its digital services offerings.
Officials say that multi-manager investment firm Omnis Investments Ltd. has extended its transfer agency relationship with SS&C Technologies and among its top goals is the evolution of its digital service offerings.
The London-based firm’s contract with SS&C covers “Omnis’s range of mutual funds, which invest across several asset classes and regions. With more than GBP10 billion [$12.6 billion] of assets under management, Omnis is one of U.K.’s largest asset managers and works closely with clients of The Openwork Partnership, a network of 4,200 financial advisers across the country,” according to the announcement. “Omnis also collaborates with 2plan wealth management, a leading wealth management firm in the U.K.”
“Together with SS&C, we are committed to providing a high standard of service to all of our clients and evolving our digital service offering,” says Simon Harris, chief operating officer (COO) at Omnis, in a prepared statement.
The extension of the long-term agreement between SS&C and Omnis will focus on “omnichannel servicing and support to all customer types,” says Spencer Baum, managing director, head of client management for SS&C’s Global Investor and Distribution Solutions (GIDS), in a statement.
“Omnis offers a range of 26 mutual funds that invest across different asset classes and global regions,” according to the firm. “We are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and have full responsibility for the management, operations and reporting of all our funds.”
Founded in 1986, SS&C, based in Windsor, Conn., is a global provider of services, software, and systems that govern financial services operations.
