Avoka, a digital customer acquisition vendor for financial services firms, and Trulioo, a provider of identity verification for international markets have a strategic partnership to offer real-time, know your customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) compliant identity verification, say officials from both companies.
The agreement facilitates the integration of Trulioo’s GlobalGateway and Avoka’s Transact offerings into a single solution for end-to-end customer and financial onboarding online, officials say.
An application programming interface (API) provides the link between Avoka Transact and the Trulioo GlobalGateway, which offers145 data sources from more than 40 countries for verification to support KYC activities. Avoka Transact offers “omni-channel customer engagement” via smartphones, tablets, desktops and via bank branches.
Available now, the combined solution is targeting international banks that want to conduct digital identity authentication as “a streamlined part of their omni-channel digital customer engagement,” officials say.
“Our partnership with Trulioo enables us to simplify this process significantly, with the added benefit of helping our customers be compliant in all of the markets they operate in. And they can now do it without leaving the Avoka,” says Philip Copeland, CEO of Avoka in a prepared statement. Avoka, based in Broomfield, Colorado, has offices in London and Sydney, Australia.
Trulioo wants to provide businesses with “greater efficiency, effectiveness and agility by streamlining AML/KYC processes, especially for clients expanding internationally,” says Jon Jones, president of Trulioo in a statement.
Trulioo offers analytics from cyber and traditional data sources to verify online identities, officials say.
