Broadridge Financial Solutions, a provider of technology solutions for financial firms and corporate issuers, and BI-SAM, a provider of performance measurement and attribution solutions for the asset management industry, report the launch of Broadridge Investment Management Solutions Performance Reporting, designed for institutional asset managers.
“Now, asset managers can have access to performance and attribution as part of an integrated suite that includes order management, portfolio management, risk reporting and a data warehouse; in essence a complete, integrated and bundled solution,” according to a statement from the companies, which also note that the “solution provides complete performance reporting and absolute attribution analysis across multiple asset classes and dimensions of the business, including true time-weighted returns at multiple levels, internal rates of return at fund level, benchmark comparisons and market segment decomposition.”
The performance-reporting suite also “displays performance metrics conveniently in summary grids and charts, which can be viewed on mobile devices such as iPads,” the statement notes.
“Our solution enables hedge funds and investment managers to meet complex reporting needs through an integrated and customizable tool that eliminates data silos and allows them to increase operating scale and focus more on enhancing their returns and raising new assets,” Bennett Egeth, president of Broadridge Investment Management Solutions, says in the statement, calling the new suite a “major step” for clients “looking to consolidate their providers and simplify their infrastructure.”
BI-SAM’s CEO, Alexandre Harkous, adds that “Broadridge’s clients will benefit from a powerful, integrated performance reporting solution that helps firms identify and track sources of performance regardless of asset type or portfolio construction.”
