The California Hedge Fund Association (CHFA), a non-profit that works to foster the development of California’s hedge fund and alternative investment community, recently elected its board of directors for the coming year, according to a CHFA statement.
Kathlyne Kiaie of SailingStone Capital Partners and Rachel Roth of Citco Fund Services join CHFA’s board as new members.
Meanwhile, Jason Gerlach of Sunrise Capital, Christopher Ainsworth of U.S. Trust, Bob Robinson of BNY Mellon Wealth Management, Marc Wolf of KPMG, Art Zwickel of Paul Hastings, Jay Gould of Pillsbury, Robin Fink of Jefferies & Co., Jim Lopiccolo of Woodruff-Sawyer & Co., and USC financial economist Lee Michael Swartz will all serve another term as returning members of the board.
“In the years ahead, as a board we will work to offer our members frequent educational and outreach events designed to bring value and the greatest return on investment for the time and energy committed by current and future generations of industry professionals,” says Jason Gerhlach, CHFA president in a written statement.
Last year, CHFA hosted and co-hosted more than 25 educational and outreach events and saw its membership rise to more than 800, making it “the largest regional industry platform in the country,” according to the statement.
