ClearStructure Financial Technology, a provider of front-to-back office portfolio management systems, has appointed industry veteran Bret Price as global head of sales, officials say.
Most recently, Price was a business development leader at SunGard where he drove the Insight Selling effort for revenue growth in the alternatives business, officials say.
The appointment is a sign of the growing expansion of ClearStructure’s business of providing leading buy-side and sell-side financial firms with cutting-edge financial technology solutions, officials say. Price will focus on driving revenue growth by developing and executing on a global sales strategy for the business.
Price “brings with him a clear vision and a history of sales and leadership success both at SS&C [Technologies] and more recently SunGard,” says Jeremy Hintze, chief operating office at ClearStructure, in a statement.
ClearStructure “has taken great care in building a highly knowledgeable and responsive sales organization,” Price says in a statement.
ClearStructure, known for the Sentry product line, has more than 15 years of direct experience serving collateralized loan obligation (CLO) managers, hedge funds, asset managers and loan trading desks, officials say.
