Compliance Science, a provider of governance, risk management and compliance solutions, today reports the appointment of Henry Bruce as chief marketing officer (CMO).
As CMO, Bruce will be “responsible for product and corporate marketing, as well as developing messaging, positioning and sales enablement.” He will be based in the New York office and will report to Jeffrey Lubitz, the company’s chief revenue officer.
Compliance Science calls the CMO a “seasoned executive” in a statement spotlighting his “demonstrated expertise in driving revenue through product marketing and developing company value propositions.”
Prior to joining Compliance Science, Bruce spent more than 25 years creating “go-to-market strategies, sales models, integrated digital marketing programs and business relationships that drive successful client acquisition and topline revenue,” officials say.
He joins from Centro LLC, where he served as vice president of product marketing, Compliance Science says. Before Centro, he was the founder and president of the Rock Annand Group where he was responsible for consulting to software technology and services firms on business strategy and developing and executing go-to-market initiatives. “He has also served in various sales and marketing leadership capacities for firms including Industri-Matematik International, Optum, Ross Systems and Xerox,” officials add.
“The threat of insider trading and other employee misconduct to financial and professional services firms is greater than ever and Compliance Science is on the forefront of providing these firms the automated compliance tools they need to protect themselves,” Bruce says in a prepared statement.
