Brabant Development Agency Capital, an investment management company focused on the regional economic structure in the Province of Noord-Brabant, The Netherlands, has picked Sungard Financial Systems’ Investran, to “help enhance data and investment transparency across front- and back-office stakeholders and processes,” according to a SunGard statement.
Brabant will employ Investran’s “accounting, deal flow, relationship management, data exchange and analytics and reporting capabilities to help increase process and operational efficiencies across its finance, compliance, administration, and investment management teams,” according to the statement.
“The ability to transform data into intelligent information that can be utilized to meet stakeholder demands is crucial to the performance and efficiency of supporting the funding needs of growing companies,” says Oliver Muhr, the chief operating officer (COO) of private equity in SunGard’s asset management business, in the statement.
“We were seeking a single system to provide data transparency of investments and processes across the portfolio lifecycle and multiple stakeholders,” Miriam Dragstra, director at Brabant Development Agency Capital, adds in a prepared statement.
