Etrali Trading Solutions, a voice-trading systems integrator, has appointed Mike Sabatier, formerly of Société Générale, vice president of operations for France, and Rafael Bloom, who formerly worked for NICE Systems and as an Israel-based consultant, product manager for voice recording and analytics.
Sabatier will be responsible for implementing the company’s service strategy in the region, as well as managing operations and client services, while Bloom’s role will focus primarily on voice recording within the compliance team.
For the last three years, Sabatier was the global deputy head for voice communication services at Société Générale, in Paris, where “he was charged with improving the bank’s retail banking telephony service and deploying one of the largest trading floors equipped with Etrali Trading Solutions’ Open Trade technology,” according to a statement from Etrali, which also notes that he worked at Crédit Agricole and has amassed “vast client side experience over the years.”
For the past four years, Bloom has lived and worked in Israel as a business development and marketing consultant who “covered diverse industries, from healthcare to homeland security and private wealth management, before working for NICE Systems. NICE provides call center systems, brokerage compliance solutions and video analytics as an enterprise solutions expert, according to the Etrali statement. Etrali also notes that Bloom began his career at Bloomberg in London, “working across the organization in sales and product marketing roles.”
