The SRO says fraudsters are using ACH-backed instant funds scams to rip off broker-dealers.
The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, aka FINRA, the self-regulatory organization (SRO) for the brokerage business, has issued a warning to the broker-dealers it supervises.
