The solutions provider has achieved information security accreditations for data protection, internal controls, and risk mitigation
Oxane Partners, a solutions provider to private markets, has achieved global information security accreditations by completing Systems and Organizations Control (SOC) audits and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27001 certifications, officials say.
“The completion of SOC audits (SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3) emphasize Oxane’s strong controls over financial reporting, and handling of customer data, from a security, data availability, and processing perspective. ISO 27001 signifies the firm’s maturity to manage sensitive data, perform risk assessments, and continuously enhance security processes,” according to the initial announcement.
“As the digital landscape continues to evolve, our proactive approach to cyber security and data protection ensures our clients’ data remains impervious to any compromise,” says Gaurav Agarwal, chief technology officer (CTO) for Oxane Partners in a prepared statement.
The accreditations are intended to show that the company has set the highest levels of data protection, internal controls, and risk mitigation for its Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Oxane offers services such as transaction execution support, portfolio management, and independent valuation to help global investment banks, private credit investment firms, private equity firms, hedge funds, and alternative asset managers oversee and analyze their investments, officials say.
