Ledgex Systems, a Boston-based provider of portfolio management, liquidity management, research management and investor relations software for financial firms, reports the launch of Ledgex CRM, its stand-alone, customer relationship management solution designed for alternative investment managers.
Ledgex CRM is a “configurable, centralized platform that is tailored specifically for hedge funds, endowments and foundations, fund of funds, pensions and family office organizations,” the company says in a statement, which also calls Ledgex CRM a “web-based solution that streamlines investor relationship management and capital activity, enabling managers to optimize their time and focus on fostering relations and growing business.”
Ledgex highlights the following features of the new solution: management of the entire investor relationship lifecycle, including the ability to “update and manage notes, calendars, accounts, investors and investor groups, and documents”; account and investor activity management, including the ability to ‘track and report on account tranches, capital activity, cash flows, investor balances and performance”; workflow and reporting acceleration, including the ability to create and “send out mass mailings to entire contact database, or specific, targeted groups”; sales and marketing updates and information, via the ability to “access account history, activities, contacts and communications”; and compliance support, including the ability to capture and preserve “all user interactions, communications and account information [such as ERISA, Form PF].”
Account owners may also “employ stronger security measures by restricting account access through user permissioning,” officials say.
“The platform enables hedge fund managers … to easily manage sales pipelines, relationships, communications and marketing all within one reliable, user-friendly platform,” Brian Macallister, managing director at Ledgex Systems, says in the statement.
