Lombard Risk Management, a provider of regulatory reporting, compliance and collateral management solutions, has named John Groetch regional sales director for the Americas.
Groetch, who will be based in Manhattan, will be responsible for managing the company’s strategic drive in the region, “executing on the company’s ambitious growth plans,” the company says in a statement.
Most recently, he developed and executed the sales and go-to-market strategy for Markit Analytics in New York, according to the company statement, which also notes that, prior to Markit, he was head of risk sales at Calypso USA, chief operating officer of Razor Risk Technologies, and CEO and co-founder of Treasury Management Systems, Inc.
Additionally, he has held senior roles at Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, where he led the FX department, and Deutsche Bank, Frankfurt, where he headed the FX sales team, Lombard reports.
“Our ambitious growth plans necessitated the broadening of our management team in the region,” John Wisbey, CEO, says in the Lombard Risk Management statement.
