The training program is intended to give consultants a deeper understanding of FundGuard’s system and functions.
Investment accounting platform provider FundGuard reports that Meradia, an operations and technology consultancy for investment managers, is the first participant in FundGuard’s implementation partner training program.
“Meradia has been our inaugural participant for the training program and we appreciate their collaboration and feedback,” John Lehner, president of FundGuard, tells FTF News.
“The training program is open to all of our implementation partners and we are currently managing requests to administer the program to our global collaborators upon request,” Lehner says.
“Meradia is proud to be the first to participate in FundGuard’s implementation partner training program, providing constructive feedback to enhance future sessions that FundGuard will utilize for all partners,” Jeremy Welch, senior manager of the trading and investment operations practice at Meradia, tells FTF News.
“This multi-day program is designed to deep dive into FundGuard’s functionality, ensuring that our implementation teams are equipped to deliver the most efficient and effective onboarding experiences for buy-side clients,” Welch says.
The training program is intended to help partners get an in-depth look into FundGuard’s cloud-native, multi-asset, and multi-book system, which incorporates artificial intelligence (A.I.) technologies.
“The training program equips FundGuard’s partners, like Meradia, with a deep understanding of FundGuard’s system and functionality,” Welch says.
“By familiarizing our team with their platform through this program, we can tailor implementations to each client’s specific needs, ensuring a seamless onboarding process that will enable clients to fully leverage the capabilities of FundGuard’s technology. The training program emphasizes practical application of their product ensuring end clients achieve long-term success,” Welch says.
The FundGuard Implementation Partner Program “introduces a structured certification pathway that ensures partners can gain proficiency in using the platform. The program offers three certification levels: foundations, intermediate, and expert. Each level is tailored to help partners build progressively deeper expertise, beginning with a foundational understanding of the platform and progressing toward more advanced skills for complex implementation scenarios,” according to FundGuard.
“The training program is available to investment operations and technology consulting firms with expertise in investment accounting implementation and integration, like Meradia,” Lehner says. “FundGuard’s clients also become directly certified as part of their implementation process. Of note, the training programs are customized for global partners according to local jurisdictions.”
FundGuard officials say that participating, certified partners receive:
- “Industry recognition for their mastery of FundGuard’s platform among financial institutions looking for skilled implementation experts;”
- “Direct access to business opportunities with a growing network of financial institutions and asset managers seeking advanced cloud-native solutions for their investment accounting needs;” and
- “Advanced knowledge of FundGuard’s platform to offer superior service, enabling their clients to transition smoothly to a more efficient and scalable solution.”
“Collaboration with trusted implementation consultants like Meradia is a key component for our Customer Success strategy. Our program ensures that our clients are supported by reliable partners to help them transition to and maximize the benefits of FundGuard’s advanced platform,” Lehner says.
