Central European financial consultancy Targit GmBH has joined financial software vendor Misys’ InFusion Partner Program, officials say. In a move that should serve as a capstone to “consulting, systems integration and project management support,” Targit has worked with Misys to provide clients in the Germany-Austria-Switzerland region for several years now, officials say.
Under the new arrangement, Targit “will focus on supporting the operations of financial institutions, implementing trading systems and risk management utilizing the latest market-leading solutions from Misys,” according to a Misys statement.
Misys officials say Targit’s consultants have “a deep knowledge” of its FusionCapital and FusionRisk programs, and will help clients to implement and maintain them. FusionCapital is a trading platform with front-to-back automation of operations in the securities, foreign exchange, money and commodity markets, while FusionRisk is a risk management program.
“Targit’s specialists have many years of experience in risk management and a very deep knowledge of the key technologies underpinning our products in risk and capital markets,” says Brian Gibson, vice president of partners and ecosystem at Misys, in a statement.
“They have significant project management experience in advising clients on our solutions, as well as delivery and implementation,” Gibson says. “Effective risk management is a top priority for banks, so we look forward to deepening our relationship to add more value to our clients. We are delighted that Targit has joined the Misys InFusion Partner program to help us drive our expanding business by developing our partner ecosystem in central Europe.”
