Derivatives trading IT vendor Rival Systems has appointed Natasha Solis as its new director of sales and business development, and Sara Goodman as its new director of marketing, officials say.
Solis will be responsible for “building Rival’s customer base and establishing key partnerships with industry leader,” while Goodman will “develop and execute the branding and strategic marketing plan for Rival,” according to a company statement.
“Their experience in the trading industry and knowledge of trading software are extremely valuable as we build our sales and marketing strategy,” says Robert D’Arco, CEO of Rival, in a prepared statement. “Our initial users have already validated the speed and performance of the Rival platform against other systems in the market. Now we look forward to building the Rival brand and establishing relationships with professional trading groups across the industry.”
Solis joins Rival from Orc, where she was a sales director, and previously worked as a sales director for Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), officials say. She has also worked at Whentech and Jeffries Bache, among others.
Goodman, meanwhile, comes to Rival from Born Technology, where she was director of sales and marketing, officials say. She has previously held sales and marketing positions at RTS Realtime Systems and Advantage Futures, among others.
