Financial technology provider SimCorp has released a new version of SimCorp Coric, its client communications and reporting solution, which came to the vendor through its acquisition of Equipos in March 2014, according to a company statement.
The new release provides institutional asset managers and private wealth management firms with a suite of web-based tools that enable the creation of pitchbooks, client meeting packs and other client communications, according to the statement.
SimCorp Coric allows client services professionals to create personalized documents by selecting from a library of pre-approved pages and sections, with the correct cover, contents, styling, disclaimers and other aspects inserted automatically to avoid breaches of regulations and corporate branding guidelines.
The latest version also features enhanced support for Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, allowing SimCorp Coric output to be exported into Excel worksheets.
“With competitive pressure for wealth and asset managers to operate more efficiently and engage with clients more effectively, self-service tools ensure timely and relevant client communications,” said Klaus Andersen, managing director, SimCorp Coric, in a statement. “Our goal, when we began creating this SimCorp Coric upgrade, was to enable client services teams to present prospective and current clients with the valuations and data they require, whenever they require them, in order to facilitate discussions that will ensure business growth and promote client loyalty.”
