Mary Ann Callahan is a Managing Director at State Street Corporation and member of a team that is applying emerging technologies, including a distributed ledger in the Hyperledger Fabric protocol, to enhance its institutional financial services. To this role she brings three years’ experience as an advisor to Paxos, a fintech firm and regulated trust company, and earlier, more than 25 years as Managing Director of DTCC’s global business, relationships and joint ventures. She has also served as an advisor to the Inter-American Development Bank, the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, on the Federal Reserve’s Faster Payments Task Force and currently on an advisory board at Rutgers University on leading disruptive innovation. She has an MBA in Finance from New York University and BA from Manhattanville College.
