Scott Andersen is Director and Head of Americas Listed Derivatives Product Development for Societe Generale. In this role, Scott is responsible for the strategic direction of the Listed Derivatives agency business to ensure the platform continues to expand through innovation and client acquisition in an ever evolving business landscape. Scott’s division acts as a direct liaison to clients, exchanges and third-party technology providers to keep a pulse on the industry landscape, while also acting as a central resource for coordination with internal divisions spanning across front office, back office, and technology. He’s an active member of the Futures Industry Association (FIA) and is currently serving as the 1st Vice President of the FIA Operations Americas Board of Directors. Scott joined Societe Generale in 2018 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he spent 6 years as the F&O and OTC Clearing Americas Head of Client Service Operations. Prior to that he held various operations leadership roles at JP Morgan with a focus on Futures & Options. Scott has a BS in Economics from the University of Iowa and resides outside of Chicago with his wife and two children.
