SS&C Technologies, a provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, has promoted Renee Mooney to lead SS&C GlobeOp’s private equity fund administration business, officials say.
Mooney, a senior vice president and nine-year SS&C veteran, will have the support of Christine Egbert, Aparna Parmeswaran, Phil Ratner and Chris Madpak, officials add.
Darren Berkowicz, managing director, will expand his responsibilities to include SS&C’s New York-based fund services operations and will report to Mooney, officials say. Berkowicz will manage the TNR Solution software business supported by Seth Blech. Berkowicz will also continue to manage SS&C’s industry leading alternative accounting and reporting platforms, Total Return and Advisorware.
Jay Maher, senior vice president for SS&C, will move to lead business development for SS&C’s private equity businesses, reporting to Fred Jacobs, North American head of business development for alternative assets.
In Europe, SS&C has appointed Tom Kirkpatrick to manage the EMEA-based alternative assets business supported by managing directors Dave Barlow and Matt Carter, officials say. Kirkpatrick will report to Rahul Kanwar, global head of alternatives for SS&C.
“I congratulate these top-notch leaders, each of whom personifies excellence in their respective domains and each of whom will play a key role as we drive our strategy forward,” said Bill Stone, chairman and CEO for SS&C Technologies, in a prepared statement.
