EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that FTF cancels a conference or related event due to unforeseen circumstances, registrants will be notified immediately. Please note that FTF reserves the right to postpone an event or training due to government restrictions on public gatherings or travel that are beyond our control, such as pandemics, including COVID-19. If a registered attendee is prohibited from traveling for non-essential purposes or attending in-person events due to company policies related to COVID-19 or other unforeseen pandemics, FTF will not be responsible for any costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.
In situations where an event is rescheduled or canceled due to reasons such as acts of God, city safety measures, or events outside of the control of FTF, a credit will be issued to all registrants. This credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for any upcoming FTF event. However, please note that FTF will not be liable for any airfare, hotel, or other travel charges incurred by registrants when an event is canceled or rescheduled in these situations. Please also be aware that the conference program and speakers are subject to change at any time without notice.
